Passenger vehicles make up most of our work, running or not. We load unregistered and non-driveable vehicles just as often as breakdowns.

Breakdowns and crashes rarely happen at a convenient hour, which is why Clarence Valley Tow Trucks runs towing in Grafton around the clock. Our depot is close by, so a callout usually means a short wait rather than half a morning. We move cars, utes, four-wheel drives, motorcycles, caravans, trailers and light machinery, whether the job is a short shift to a mechanic or a long run interstate. If the vehicle has been in a crash, accident recovery covers the tow and the insurance side together, and minor faults are often fixed on the spot under roadside assistance.
Tell us where you are and where the vehicle needs to end up. Call 0434 575 845.

The tray takes a lot more than family cars.

Bikes travel upright on soft ties rather than chained through the frame. Scooters and dirt bikes load the same way.

We recover vans and trailers after a breakdown or move them between properties. Boat trailers and box trailers are handled the same way.

Bobcats, mini excavators and farm equipment travel on the float. We confirm weight and width before the truck leaves the yard.
Most people have never had to call a tow truck before, so here is how it goes. You call, and we confirm the vehicle, where it is sitting and where it needs to end up. If it is a crash, we ask about the damage and whether the vehicle still rolls and steers, because that decides which truck we send and how we load it. From there we winch or drive the vehicle onto the tray, secure it and take it to the repairer, holding yard or address you have nominated.
Where the job is going through insurance, we record the details your insurer needs and pass them on. There is nothing else for you to arrange.

Move clear of moving traffic if it is safe to do so and leave the hazard lights on. Stay out of the vehicle entirely if it is sitting in a live lane.
Yes. We tow unregistered vehicles regularly, including workshop transfers, yard moves and vehicles bought at auction.
A tilt tray carries the whole vehicle on the deck, which suits damaged, low or all-wheel-drive vehicles. A wheel lift raises one axle only and is quicker for short, straightforward moves.
